Rajesh Malhotra (Govinda), who is the son of the wealthy businessman, Dhanraj Malhotra (Kader Khan), runs away to Europe to live his life the way he wants. He comes across Meena (Karisma Kapoor) who is also in Europe to complete her education. Meena stays with her aunt, Shannu (Himani Shivpuri) in Europe. Love blossoms between Rajesh aka Raju and Meena and they decide to get married. Dhanraj, in search for his son, reaches Europe and learns that Raju is in love. Once back to India, while on his way to Meena's house, Dhanraj has a quarrel with a man on the road, and unfortunately this man is non other than Meena's grandfather, Dinanath (Paresh Rawal). Since the two are not ready to solve their animosity, Raju finds a way to convince Meena's family. Meena's family is facing many issues and the current major issue that they are facing is that of a servant. Raju disguises himself as a servant and enters the family. His only motto is to win everybody's love and be their favourite. He leaves no stone unturned to do the same. Will he be able to win their trust? Will Dinanath accept Raju and Meena's relationship?
